The service
ContainerDocs is online software to organize export shipment documents and email them to the customers of whoever subscribes (“you”).
Your account
You are responsible for the information and documents you upload, the recipients you send them to, and keeping your users’ passwords secure.
Trial and payments
The free trial lasts 14 days. After that, the service is billed in advance under the chosen plan, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited email, illegal content or files containing malware. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
Your data and documents are yours. If your subscription ends, the account becomes read-only and you can download your documents. You can ask us to delete your account by writing to mark@containerdocs.com.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
