What data we process

User data (name, email, hashed password), the customer and contact data you upload, shipment documents, and the log of emails sent.

Why

Only to provide the service: store your documents, send the emails you schedule, bill you and support you. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Processors

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Turso (database), Cloudflare R2 (document storage), Resend (email delivery), Hatchet (scheduled jobs), Vercel (hosting) and Stripe (payments).

Retention

We keep data while your account exists. When it is deleted, we erase your data and documents within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to mark@containerdocs.com.
